Cracked Tub Repair
Cracks can start to form on a fiberglass or acrylic tub/shower when they are only a couple of years old. Actually some brand new shower stalls are installed with hair line cracks already visible. Repairing them as soon as possible can prevent further damage. If left untreated, cracks on the floor can start to leak and and cause much worse problems. A leaking tub floor will rot out the reinforcement underneath, causing the floor to cave in. The remedy for this is to cut a hole in the tub floor and reinforce with concrete.
